Hi! I'm Laena!

I am a licensed social worker (MSW, LSW, yay!!) with an undergraduate degree in classical violin performance. :)  My interest in spiders happened by accident as I never had a phobia or strong feelings either way until I got my own!

My background in mental health and love of spiders has made me interested in arachnophobia and how jumping spiders help people overcome it. But also, I'm a goof. Ask anyone. :)

PS - I have multiple sclerosis and am always happy to talk to anyone who may be struggling (or their loved ones!).
